    • 2011-James B. Recchie Design Award: Awarded by the Columbus Landmarks Foundation for the addition to and rehabilitation of the Lincoln Theatre, Columbus, Ohio. HDC was also a finalist for the award for the Lincoln Theatre in 2009
    • 2010-Best Public Improvement Award: Awarded by Heritage Ohio for the rehabilitation of the Lincoln Theatre
    • 2009-Award of Merit: Awarded by the Ohio Historic Preservation Office for the rehabilitation of the Lincoln Theatre
    • 2005-Quality Product Award: Awarded by the American Cultural Resources Association for HDC’s documentation of the NASA Glenn Research Center and Rocket Engine Test Facility, Cleveland, Ohio
    • 2004-Design Citation: Awarded by the U.S. Air Force for the Interior Design of the AFRL Conference Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio
    • 2003-Design Citation: Awarded by Air Force Materiel Command for the Interior Design of the AFRL Conference Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio
    • 2002-Award of Merit: Awarded by the U.S. Small Business Administration in recognition of “outstanding contribution and service to the nation…in satisfying the needs of the Federal procurement system”
    • 2002-Preservation and Revitalization Award: Awarded by Heritage Ohio. for the Davis-Shai Center in Heath, Ohio
    • 2001-Certificate of Achievement: Awarded by the City of Heath “in recognition of accomplishments exceeding City of Heath project expectations” for the Davis-Shai Center, Heath, Ohio
