Hardlines Design Company (HDC) is a woman- and minority-owned architecture, planning, and historic preservation firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.

Founded in 1990 by Charissa W. Durst, AIA, LEED AP, and incorporated in 2000, HDC has a multidisciplinary staff that includes architects, designers, planners, construction specialists, architectural historians and researchers. Our project teams work closely together to balance new ideas with practical considerations, and we collaborate with clients and consultants on a detailed level throughout the entire process.
