Infrastructure Assessments

Hardlines design Company (HDC) has conducted infrastructure conditions assessments for military bases across the country. Our facility planners assess the conditions of buildings, utilities, pavements/grounds, water/wastewater systems, and airfields for conformance to military and general facility standards. HDC has also developed computer programs to assist base facility managers in conducting their own assessments and rating their facilties and installations.
