Hardlines Design Company (HDC) maintains a multi-disciplined staff of architects, designers, architectural historians, interior designers, researchers, and preservation planners to complete projects ranging from building additions and renovations to new building designs and comprehensive master plans.

HDC’s work has received several design awards. Projects have been featured in Progressive Architecture, Architecture and AIA Architect. The published projects have included the renovation of historic landmarks, corporate interiors and the adaptive reuse of existing buildings. The firm is proud to be a leader in LEED® certified building design (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design™) and has three (3) Accredited Professionals on staff.

HDC’s full-service Architectural Design Team includes talented young designers working in close coordination with experienced construction administrators and planners. These project teams work effectively to balance new innovative ideas with practical considerations and budget constraints.
